CPG BPM's facilities include a comprehensive physical security policy to ensure that all customer processes, data and services are secure and protected at all times. This includes:

• Security-controlled access to ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed access, using proximity cards. Proximity cards are configured to allow conditional access to restricted areas for authorized personnel only.
• CCTV surveillance, using surveillance system monitors all important facility locations. The system is monitored on a 24/7 basis.
• Security guards stationed at all important locations within and around the facility.
• Adequate fire protection and fighting equipment has been installed throughout the building in strategic locations.

CPG BPM has a strong dedicated team to work on technology, network, servers & information security. We have created a redundant reliable infrastructure for data storage, application servers, and database.

Being part of IL&FS group all information security standards are practiced and the same is monitored regularly and audited periodically.
